Arrival Day:

• Airport Pick Up - Harlingen International Airport
• Liquor Store Stop - Guests have an opportunity to purchase their preferred alcohol
• Fishing License Pick Up - If guests provide SS# & Copy of Drivers License, we can pick the license up ahead of time.  License process in Texas is time consuming.
• Margarita Greeting & Dinner (at Lodge) or Sushi Appetizer (in Harlingen, good for late arrivals needing a snack before the ride to the lodge) or Bacon Cheeseburgers at Chilly Willy's
• Arrive at Waterfront lodge accommodations
• Night Fishing

Day One

• Hot breakfast (Pancakes, Eggs to Order, Rancheros, Tacos, French Toast, etc...)
• Boat lunch & beverage (Chips, Cookies, Homemade Sandwich, Roast Chicken w/ Tomato & Basil, Mozzarella, Roast Beef & Swiss with Horseradish, Smoked Turkey w/Boursin, avacado, Fried Fish with cheese and jalapeno tartar, etc...)
• Full Day of Bay Fishing 3 to 4 Anglers per boat
• Cocktail Hour Appetizers (Panko Crusted Trout in homemade crispy tortilla shells with lime, cilantro, garlic slaw or Lime marinated rattlesnake slow smoked then grilled and finished with bbq sauce, etc...)
• Dinner (Marinated grilled steak with vegetable & potato or Slow roasted wild pig with local squash and red rice or Deep fried game hen with greens and wild rice, etc...)  *** I would suggest a Blue Crab Fry for the group for Dinner ****
• Waterfront lodge accommodations

Day Two

• Full Day (18 holes) of Golfing at South Padre Island Golf Course or Harlingen's Treasure Hills Country Club (dependent on course condition)
• Cocktail Hour Appetizers (Panko Crusted Trout in homemade crispy tortilla shells with lime, cilantro, garlic slaw or Lime marinated rattlesnake slow smoked then grilled and finished with bbq sauce, etc...)

Recommendation:

Flavio, our local crab man's place for South Texas Blue Crab fried in chili oil & garlic... the best crabs you will ever have!  We go there with a cooler of beer and an appetite. Then we head can head down to Chilly Willy's for more cocktails and karaoke, a true south Texas ice house.
