Reservations & Deposits- A 50% deposit is required within 10 days of booking to confirm a reservation. The balance is due60 prior to your scheduled arrival.Single Rates & Customized itineraries specific to your group's needs are available upon request. There will be no refunds made for unused portions of the land/fishing package or unused ground charter. If your trip is cancelled due to a hurricane or some other catastrophic event at one of our locations, CA will make every effort to offer alternate dates, but there can be no guarantee that this will be possible. In this event, CA will retain all deposits and payments. If the final payment is not received 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival at our location, CA may elect to cancel the booking and resell the space. In this event CA will retain all deposits and payments. For your protection we highlyrecommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance.
Casa Arroyo City
Casa Arroyo City is a spacious waterfront lodge. The Casa is conveniently located at the end of the road in Arroyo City, Texas. We are the closest lodge to the Laguna Madre on the Arroyo Colorado. Guests are treated to stylish accommodations and one of the best lighted piers on the Arroyo. The lodge is separated into 3 Units.
Unit A - Our Penthouse has four to five bedrooms, large open kitchen, beautiful bar & living area with fireplace and large screen TV... perfect for a Super Bowl Party, Family Gathering or even Corporate Groups. This unit could easily accommodate 8 to 10 adults. Refreshing tile deck and a unique gangway that leads to a rooftop bar/ sitting area that overlooks the Arroyo Colorado!
Unit B - The Pier Level unit with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sitting area, large kitchen, bar, large living area with giant screen TV. Unit B could easily accommodate 8 adults. Nice waterfront view, particularly at night...guests can sit and watch the trout popping shrimp right from the living area!
Unit C - A convenient Kitchenette with a private entrance. Laid out with two double beds and private bath. Perfect for singles and couples not needing “all the bells & whistles”.
Guide & Room Requests
All guests of Casa Arroyo City may request a specific room or guide assignment for their stay. Guide & Room requests are determined by a "first pay, first choice" policy. Guests reserving and paying, according to policy, "first" for a particular space will have priority when Guide & Room assignments are determined. If monies are not received according to policy (see Reservations, Deposits section), Guide & Room requests may be altered without notice by Outdoor Travel Inc. or Casa Arroyo City staff. Guide & Room requests are NOT GUARANTEED. Our staff will do their best to honor ALL requests, although circumstances may arise which may make this impossible, ie: A guide may be sick and unable to guide a particular week.
South Texas Fishing LLC Responsibilities The operator (South Texas Fishing LLC) is an independent contractor that arranges travel-related services for individual, tour, and group travel. The operator is not an agent of the Customer, nor of those providing travel related services, and does not in any manner directly provide accommodations, transportation, meals or other travel-related services. The operator shall not be liable for personal injury or property damage resulting from the acts, omissions, or negligence of any person providing accommodations, transportation, meals, excursions or other travel-related services. The operator shall not be liable for any delayed departure, missed carrier connections, substitutions of accommodations or of common carrier equipment, termination of service, changes in fares and rates, or for cancellation or double booking of reservations or tickets beyond its control and without notice. The operator reserves the right to alter the printed itinerary or schedule of any tour or trip as may be necessary with or without notice. The operator reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of these tours at any time, for any reason whatsoever. The operator is not responsible to exchange or refund any lost or stolen feature documents.
