HUNTING LICENSES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE COST OF YOUR HUNT

Our hunts take place on a modest 1,000 (+ -) acre ranch, not too far west of Raymondville.

We have a nice piece of property with well maintained roads and beautiful fields & brush for walking and driving. The property was primarily used for deer & pig hunting.  Blinds and feeders are placed throughout the property. We have discovered the property to have an excellent, "un-hunted", quail population, feeding very well.

Our quail hunts typically consist of walking & driving ranch roads and fields. Our dogs are retriever dogs.  They do not work the birds.  We find many of our birds around the feeders and while walking fence lines and brush.

Hunters also have the option of shooting a bobcat or two while on the property.  We have some big one's.

You might say our quail hunts are "rustic" or old school.  We have a modest ranch house and excellent food.  Others who have participated in this hunt have enjoyed the fact they were allowed to walk the property and experience nature from eye level.
